Burns Night is always a great opportunity to not only celebrate Burns, but meet old friends and enjoy Scots hospitality with a traditional meal and excelent pipes and drums display in our fantastic Grade 2 listed Drill Hall.

The Association is supporting a fund raising event to announce the launch of a unique publication that traces the design, contruction and opening of the Messines memorial in 1924 and follows the history of the Regiments trips to Belgium to honour the brave volunteers who fell at the Battle of Messines in 1914. The memorial is in need to repair and restoration which this is aimed at supporting.

The week of the 5 to 11 May will see the Drilll Hall, Museum open to display the ending of WW2 and have a series of living history and events to celebrate the end of the war in Europe.
